Arena is part of MHTC’s “Rural Barneveld North” project, which is divided into two phases.

Phase 1 is underway and has been divided into 4 work areas. Arena roads are divided as follows:

• Phase 1, area #2: Southern portion of HH, western portion of Sweeney Rd, southern portion of K, Pinnacle Rd, Spring Rd.

• Phase 1, area #4: Roberts Rd, most of Blue Ridge Rd, Knutson Rd.

The rest of the Town of Arena is included in Phase 2.

Currently…

• Phase 1, area #2 is in the construction phase, with 10% completed.

• Phase 1, area #4 has not yet started.

• Phase 2 has not yet started.
